1. How can I place an order with iDlvr?
You can book a delivery or purchase materials through whichever channel works best for you:
- iDlvr App – Access deliveries, marketplace, tracking, and account management.
- WhatsApp – Send us your order details directly, and we’ll create the booking.
- Web Portal – Manage deliveries and marketplace orders from your desktop, with instant quotes and team visibility.
- Marketplace Checkout – Buy materials in the iDlvr Trade Centre (online or in-app) and have them delivered instantly.
- Direct Support – Our team can also create bookings on your behalf if needed.
No matter which option you choose, you’ll always get real-time tracking, driver chat/calls, and proof-of-delivery photos.
2. What vehicles are available for deliveries?
iDlvr covers every vehicle type: scooters, cars, and utes for small or urgent items, through to vans, flatbeds, crane trucks, and tippers for heavy or oversized loads.
3. Can iDlvr pick up materials from a supplier that isn’t a partner?
Yes. Even if your supplier isn’t partnered with iDlvr, you can still book a driver to collect and deliver your materials. Just provide the supplier’s details, and our driver will handle the pick-up with full tracking and proof of delivery.
4. Can iDlvr move materials from site to site?
Yes. You can book iDlvr to move tools, equipment, or materials between construction sites. Choose your vehicle, set the speed, and track the transfer in real time, with proof-of-delivery photos once it’s done.
5. How much does delivery cost?
Delivery pricing depends on the vehicle type, distance, and urgency. Customers can get instant quotes in-app, online, or via our Delivery Cost Calculator. For suppliers, commitment-based pricing ensures predictable monthly delivery costs.
6. Can I track my order?

7. What materials can I buy through iDlvr?
The iDlvr Trade Centre offers a wide range of construction and building materials, including:
- Concrete and cement products
- Timber and framing
- Bricks, blocks, and masonry

- Plumbing and drainage supplies
- Electrical and lighting

8. Can I buy materials and have them delivered through iDlvr?
Yes. In the iDlvr Trade Centre, you can browse and purchase materials directly from partnered suppliers. Your order is delivered by iDlvr’s driver network, often within hours, combining materials and delivery in one seamless process.
9. How do suppliers benefit from iDlvr’s marketplace?
Suppliers can showcase their products in the iDlvr Trade Centre (both in-app and online), get their own Shopify-powered store, and reach new customers at no subscription or setup cost. All marketplace deliveries are handled by iDlvr’s driver network at no charge to the supplier.
10. Do I need to change how I manage my inventory?
No. You can pass us your inventory in any format and we will upload it for you, or we can integrate directly with your existing e-commerce or store system for a seamless setup.
11. How do payments work?
Customers can pay directly in-app, online, or via account (subject to approval). Suppliers are paid securely through iDlvr’s system with clear reporting and reconciliations.
